My neighborhood is an eclectic place where artists and freaks live alongside the working rich. Even if you aren't from here you might have heard about the boardwalk but Hals is more of a local secret. People come here to enjoy the beach. If I had to use one word to describe my community it would be exciting. Flag as offensive
