Two states by Nat Finn

If I'm getting that right, that's the initial proposal for Jefferson. It seems like folks up there really want to be their own state, unlike everyone else who wants to stay together. I'd like to see Jefferson get their day in court. But with an updated name, like Pacifica or something.
