My proposal for a new California cordons off the tech gentry from the communities they are gentrifying by confining them to Santa Clara and San Mateo counties (Wall Street West). The rest of my state divisions are fairly intuitive—coastal Ecotopia, SoCal, SierraLand and the productive Inland Empire.
