The Rich, Poor, and Nobody Here states are self explanatory. I consider White Republicans are Rednecks, and White Democrats, Potheads. Predominantly Hispanic county is basically Mexico. Asians get their own county despite being outnumbered by Hispanics because they own most of the properties there.
