By Water Wise Now in La Quinta, CA

Current county boundaries makes it difficult to show correctly in this tool, but if it were up to me, I would create "sub states" around our watersheds. We have 10 hydrologic regions in California binding citizens together in a way politics can't. Focusing on water needs would focus our communities.
