Jefferson - fine-tuned a bit around the edges. The Valley - ag and oil. SoCal - it just is, but no Kern because it's less urban. Ecotopia - where people care a little. Very little. Nevada - more in common with Vegas & Reno than California. Being able to split counties would be nice.
