Make a new state

Keep the state intact without any artificial divisions. Work to improve our tax/finance system, modify our direct democracy process (allow legislative remedy after a few years) and remove term limits. Splitting the state is fun fantasy for the wealthy, but will not solve our problems -- nor succeed.
